Hi, Was away for 10 days , PC was left on, came back, case was hot and it wont boot.Tried 2 different Linux bootable CDs - nothing. USB CD drive turns onand led on the drive flashes during the time frame that it should. ie. like its trying to boot from CD. There are lights on the panel/board and the power supply fan is blowing, may be my imagination but the fan seems feebler than before. No POST beep(s) at all. Monitor works - 'no signal ' showing on the screen. This girl is ancient - probably pent 4 ,XP era - was running great with latest v of Linux Mint. I think the power supply is suspect despite fan and lights. Yes ? Please Help. Thanks! for more you can check: References: www.techrepublic.com/forums/Corporate Advertising
